Terry Don Sutton

Terry Don Sutton, 50 years old, resident of Denham Springs, Louisiana passed away on January 17, 2026. He was born on July 13, 1975 to Jenny JoAnn Tate Sutton and Donovan Sutton, Jr. in Denham Springs, Louisiana. He was in the United States Marines and graduated from Parris Island. He was a retired boilermaker from 582 Baton Rouge. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but loved watching LSU Tigers.

Terry is survived by his father, Donovan Marsille Sutton, Jr.; brother, Steve Sutton; longtime girlfriend, Bridgett Ott; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Terry is preceded in death by his mother, Jenny JoAnn Tate Sutton; maternal grandparents, Raymond Joseph Tate, Sr. and Nina Lea McLin Tate; and paternal grandparents, Donovan Marsille Sutton, Sr. and Jimmye Lou Furr Sutton.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family at Northside Baptist Church, 200 Cockerham Rd. Denham Springs, Louisiana on Wednesday, January 21, 2025 with a visitation starting at 9:00 AM until the funeral service at 11:00 AM conducted by Brother Lynn Rodrigue. Graveside service will immediately follow at Beech Ridge Cemetery in Denham Springs.
