Theresa Lee Miller

Theresa Lee “Bug” Miller, age 50, passed away on November 13, 2025, in Denham Springs, Louisiana. Born on August 13, 1975, in Flint, Michigan, Theresa brought warmth and joy to those around her throughout her life.

She was the beloved only daughter of Debra Sanders Rivette and the late Randy L. Miller. Theresa shared a close bond with her family and was a blessing to her mother. She is remembered with love by her devoted mother and stepfather, Debra Sanders Rivette and Gerald J. Rivette Jr.; her cherished grandmother, Dorothy Lieblong; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Theresa was preceded in death by her father, Randy L. Miller; her paternal grandfather, Leroy Miller; and her maternal grandparents, James E. Sanders and Velva F. Sanders.

A graduate of Corunna High School in Corunna, Michigan, Theresa valued her education as a foundation for her early years. Affectionately known as “Bug,” she was known for her infectious smile and gentle spirit. Her kindness touched everyone she met, and she had a gift for seeing the best in others. Theresa found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved listening to audiobooks that transported her to new worlds and enjoyed arts and crafts that showcased her creativity. She also had a deep affection for animals—especially her mamma’s fur babies —often bringing them toys and treats as tokens of love. Her presence brought comfort, laughter, and unwavering support to those who knew her. Theresa will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.

May her memory bring peace and comfort to those who loved her. Cremation has taken place. No services will be held.
