Timothy Ryan Kemp

Timothy Ryan Kemp, of Monterey, LA, passed away August 6, 2026 at the age of 71.

Ryan was born on November 27, 1954 in Ferriday, Louisiana to Roy and Carolyn Kemp. After high school he went to trade school and became an automobile mechanic. His hobbies included watching sports, studying history and collecting a wide variety of items.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Jayne Kemp; children, Audra Killingsworth, Ryan Kemp and Robert Kemp; grandchildren, Moria, Hanna, Alyssa, Liana, Vivian and Ronen; siblings, Kathy Waldorff, Gayle Dixon, and Ron Kemp; nieces, Jaycee, Jacquelyn, Heather, Lorraine and Micalet; nephews, Dave, Matt and Sandon. As well as a host of cousins.

He is preceded in death by parents, Roy and Carolyn Kemp; brother, Sandon Kemp; nephew, Ronnie; and nephew, Wyatt.
