Tom Frank Self

Tom Frank Self, 74, passed away Monday, October 6, 2025 at his home in Denham Springs, Louisiana. Tom served his community and parish loyally and with respect as the owner/operator of Tom’s Tire Shop in Denham Springs. He was respect by everyone who came to do business with him, knowing his business and life ethics. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, businessman and friend. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his son, Frank Self; parents, Frank and Grace King; and brothers, Larry and Billy King.

Tom is survived by his loving wife, Marian Buckles; children, Maria Self, Tom Saldana, and Tonya Saldana; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings and their spouses, Wayne and Lisa King, Sadie and Shf. Clay Chutz, Sandy and Donnie Barnes, Ricky King, and Roger and Donna King.

Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Thursday, October 9, from 5 p.m. until service at 7 p.m. A private graveside will be held at Beechridge Cemetery, Denham Springs.
