Tommy Lee Cranford, 75, a native of McComb, Mississippi and resident of Denham Springs, Louisiana, passed away peacefully May 9, 2026.

Tommy, affectionately known as "Pops" to his grandchildren, was a graduate of Walker High school, attended Southeastern Louisiana University, and the William M. Scholl School of Podiatry where he gained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree. He was a true jack of all trades. For many years, he worked alongside his dad and his brother installing countertops. He maintained a practice in podiatric medicine for some time and later worked for the Department of Environmental Quality for 23 years. He loved to fish, work in his yard, and mainly spend time with his family, especially getting together to boil crawfish or fry fish.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 30 years Laurie Hinson Cranford, son Evan Cranford, sister Amelia Street, grandchildren Ashton Cranford, Damian Cranford, Hayden Cranford, Mya Tull, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Velvin Russell Cranford and Mildred Brekeen Cranford; daughter Crystal Cranford; brothers Milton Cranford and Tim Cranford.

Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Saturday, May 16, from 10 a.m. until service at 12 p.m. with Rev. Willis Easley officiating. Please share your condolences at www.sealefuneral.com.
