William Erickson

William Erickson, resident of Denham Springs, passed at the age of 63 on July 31, 2026. He was born in Arlington, VA to his parents Bridget Erickson and Richard Erickson on August 13, 1962. After graduating from high school, he completed a tractor trailer training course to begin his work as a tractor trailer driver for many years. In his free time, William enjoyed watching NASCAR, football, and classic movies. He was happiest when able to spend his time with family, especially if there was a deliciously cooked steak involved. William will be deeply missed by those who had the joy to know and love him.

He is survived by his daughters Amanda DeFranzo and Aimee Erickson, mother Bridget Erickson, grandchildren Jayden Lang, Maya DeFranzo, and Avery DeFranzo, sisters Joan Hurst and Joyce Erickson, brother Daniel Erickson, niece Cynthia Cox, and nephews Richard Hurst and Jason Lieske.

He is preceded in passing by his father Richard Erickson, daughter Chantal Erickson, and nephew David Hurst.
